Thirty minutes on the floor with a coach: a movement screen, a working set of whatever you came to learn, and an honest answer about where to start. It is the first day of the free week, and nothing is charged for it.
Online booking is being set up. Until it is live, call or email and you will get a time back the same working day.
Free, no card, no sales tour. Cancel or move it up to two hours before. Flat shoes, and get here fifteen minutes early so the front desk can sign you in.
Demonstration club. The calendar is being connected, and a slot booked in it will be a test rather than a session.
